Debra’s remodeling experience launched her career in real estate, and she became a licensed agent in 1992 while also managing her remodels. After a stint in the mortgage business working in underwriting, loan origination and working with wholesale lenders, Debra found that she missed the thrill of being in the house when the buyers realized, “This is IT!”, and sharing in their excitement. She returned to real estate, working as both a buyers and sellers agent, and uses her background in remodeling, design and finance to better serve her clients.

Debra is passionate, outgoing, fun loving and dedicated. Her goal is to make the whole buying and selling process pleasant for all parties involved.

When not working, Debra enjoys travel, boating, cooking, gardening, entertaining, and is always helping a friend or relative redecorate their home. She has been an active volunteer for the Boys and Girls Aid Society and Habitat for Humanity. She is also the proud mother of a 26 year old daughter who is a 2008  graduate of  UCSB.
